In-Flight Experience
TAP Air Portugal provides a modern in-flight entertainment system with a wide range of content, including hundreds of hours of television series, films, music albums, and playlists that are updated regularly. The system is powered by Panasonic technology and supports messaging and internet access on selected aircraft.
Wi-Fi connectivity is available on aircraft such as the A330-900neo and A321LR, with paid high-speed packages offered. Passengers may also send messages in flight through GSM services, subject to roaming charges.
On long-haul flights, complimentary meals are served with a variety of menu options. On medium-haul routes, sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are available for purchase through the onboard sales service.
Premium Services
TAP offers several convenient check-in options, including online and mobile check-in via flytap.com and the TAP mobile app, as well as self-service kiosks at selected airports. Priority check-in is available for Business Class passengers and eligible frequent-flyer members, including Star Alliance Gold and TAP Miles&Go members.
Premium passengers departing from Lisbon may also access the Lisbon Premium Lounge, providing a comfortable space with dedicated facilities before departure.
Group Travel
